Populse_mia’s developer installation¶
For developer, it is possible to install ppulse_mia either directly on host or using virtualisation (by using BrainVISA images which are available for two free and open source virtualisation technologies: Singularity and VirtualBox.).
The data viewer currently available by default in Mia is based on Anatomist, which should be compiled. Therefore, on the host, there are no access to the data viewer.
Install a light version of Mia on the host for developer (without data viewer)
