populse_mia.user_interface.data_viewer

Handle the data viewer tab, for advanced visualisation (in 2D and 3D modes, overlay, etc.) of volumetric medical data.

Modules

anatomist	This is the original viewer based on Anatomist (anatomist.simpleviewer.anasimpleviewer).
anatomist_2	This is the anatomist-based viewer developed by the populse team.
data_viewer	This module provides an abstract base class for data viewer implementations in populse_mia.
data_viewer_tab	Populse_mia data viewer GUI interface (in the "Data Viewer" tab).
